Aceuchal is a municipality with a population of around 5,400 people situated between Villalba de los Barros and Almendralejo.  The town was granted territory sometime during the twelfth century, and then populated in the fourteenth century during the reign of Rey Alfonso XI.

Mi pueblito bueno is a series of videos produced by Fundación Triángulo Extremadura with funding from Instituto de la Juventud de Extremadura and in collaboration with the Junta de Extremadura.  One of the women they featured is Montserrat Muñoz, who is from Aceuchal.
